What does Kredo Analytics do?
We build enterprise software and deliver senior services for finance, operations, compliance and people teams. Our products run as standalone platforms, and our services team builds, implements and runs technology alongside you.
Are the products sold separately?
Yes. Each product — Finlens, Recolens, Procurelens, Pactifi.ai and the rest — is its own platform with its own onboarding and pricing. Pick only the ones your teams need.
How long does an ERP implementation take?
Between 30 and 90 days, depending on how many modules are in scope and how many systems have to be integrated. A single-module rollout with clean data lands at the shorter end; a multi-module implementation with legacy migration and third-party integrations takes closer to 90 days. We scope the timeline against your module list in the first call.
What does DPDP Act compliance cost?
Typically ₹4–12 lakh in the first year, depending on scale and how many systems have to be integrated. The range covers the compliance application licence, the documentation set — data inventory, RoPA, notices, processor contracts, retention schedules and the breach runbook — and the consent-management integration work across your applications. Organisations with a handful of systems sit at the lower end; multi-entity groups with many customer-facing applications and APIs sit at the upper end. We quote a fixed fee after the readiness diagnostic.
What is the DPDP compliance deadline?
Substantive compliance — consent, notices, breach notification, Data Principal rights and penalties — is required by 13 May 2027. MeitY consultations in January 2026 proposed bringing key duties forward to November 2026, so we plan programmes against the earlier date. Penalties run to ₹250 crore for security failures.
What is the finance shared services model?
We run your finance operations from our Bengaluru delivery centre on Kredo's own platforms — procure-to-pay on Procurelens, order-to-cash on ARlens, record-to-report on Finlens, fixed assets on Assetlens. It works like your own global capability centre without the capex, hiring cycle or management overhead: a dedicated team, defined SLAs and KPIs, and a monthly service review.
Can you run only part of our finance function?
Yes. Most engagements start with one process — accounts payable, reconciliations or month-end close — and extend once the model has proved itself. You keep ownership and approvals; we run the execution.
How quickly can a Kredo product go live?
Product onboarding runs in days rather than months. HRlens goes live in under an hour; platforms that need data migration and integrations typically take two to six weeks through discovery, configuration, a parallel run and go-live with hypercare.
Do you build custom software?
Yes. When an off-the-shelf product does not fit, our team designs, builds, audits and deploys a tailored application to your specification — discovery and specification first, then UI/UX for dense business screens, then full-stack development on secure, maintainable architecture.
Is our data secure with Kredo?
We are ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certified and SOC 2 Type II is in progress. Every platform ships with encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access control, MFA, and audit logging. Data protection and financial control are designed in, not bolted on.
Where is our data hosted?
Hosting location is set per engagement. Indian clients are typically hosted in India; we also deploy in other regions, or into your own cloud tenancy, where data-residency requirements call for it. We agree the arrangement in writing before implementation.
Where is Kredo Analytics based?
Kredo Analytics Private Limited is headquartered in Bengaluru, India, and Kredo Analytics Inc is based in Monroeville, Pennsylvania. We deliver to clients in India, the United States and other markets from both entities, with an overlap window with US business hours.
How is pricing structured?
Products are licensed on a subscription basis — Assetlens, for example, is ₹27 per asset per year with no setup fee, and Pactifi.ai is priced per contract rather than per seat. Services are fixed-fee for scoped stages, milestone-based for delivery, and retainer-based for anything we run on an ongoing basis.
Do you work with Zoho?
Yes. We are a Zoho Authorised Partner, so we can extend your existing Zoho investment rather than replace it — clean migration, integration, and Kredo platforms plugged into your current setup.
Which ERPs and systems do you integrate with?
We integrate with the ERP, accounting and banking systems our clients already run — Zoho, SAP, Tally, Oracle, Microsoft and others — plus marketplaces, payment gateways, credit bureaus and government portals. Integration scope is confirmed during discovery.
Can you handle Indian statutory compliance?
Yes. Regulens monitors GST, TDS (TRACES), PF (EPFO), ESI, Professional Tax, MCA and eCourts daily, files every notice client-wise and alerts the owner, with a compliance calendar and an audit-ready trail behind it.
Who will actually work on our engagement?
Chartered Accountants, lawyers and engineers from our own team — not subcontracted resources. The same people who build our platforms deliver the implementations, which is why the software and the process advice line up.
Do you sign NDAs and data processing agreements?
Yes. We work under a mutual NDA as standard, and sign DPDP-aligned or GDPR-aligned data processing agreements covering processing scope, security obligations, breach notification, sub-processor controls and deletion on termination.
Can we see a demo before committing?
Yes. Book a demo or consultation and we will walk through the relevant platform with your own scenarios, then scope timelines and pricing for your requirement.
How do I get in touch?
Email info@kredo.in or use the contact form. We typically respond within one business day.
